Forestville minister to leave on a musical note

Carol Carter, pastor to the United Methodist Church of Forestville will retire after 28 years of service on Sunday, June 10. But the pastor is not going quietly. Instead there will be a song filled service at 10:30 a.m. featuring the Chancel Choir, the Bell Quartet, a string trio, and solos by flute and vocals. All that and a kazoo orchestra will also play for the pastor. The musical farewell will be followed by a potluck lunch. The church invites the entire  community to join in the fun.
