Line Cook:
* must have at least 2 years restaurant experience
*awareness and a strong sense of urgency
*Must be a self motivator and team player
*California Food Hanler's Permit
*Experience with local food, farms, fermentation a PLUS!
Dishwasher:
*must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience
*self motivator and team player
*be able to move quickly in a fast paced environment
