We are looking for a Sous Chef to work with us and with Tuscan born Chef Francesco Torre. Chef Torre worked in Florence and Rome, Napa and NY, he was invited to perform at the James Beard Foundation. You will learn a lot in a friendly and professional environment.
If you don't have past manager experience and you wish to apply you must have:
-at least 5 years' experience as professional line cook in high hand establishments
-calm and professional behavior
-wisdom to work hard to learn how to increase your knowledge in every aspect of managing a kitchen.
