Canneti is looking for Line Cooks

Canneti RoadHouse Italiana, a modern Italian cuisine concept is opening in Forestville. Work with Tuscan native Chef Francesco Torre in a new, professional and high hand ambience. Canneti features a TR95 professional extruder, Carrara marble countertops and an outdoor hand built grill- rotisserie and smoker.
We source directly from local farms our ingredients. You will learn how to butcher a whole animal; you will meet farmers and fisherman.
This is not the usual American Italian Restaurant with meatballs and fritti misti or scaloppini. Candidates must be professionals well focused on their culinary career.
